Dyah Kartika Permanasari (born 4 April 1967) is an Indonesian politician born in Purworejo who has served as Regent of Kendal since 20 February 2025, accompanied by Benny Karnadi as Vice Regent of Kendal, following their victory in the 2024 Kendal Regent Election. She is the wife of Murdoko, former Chair of the Central Java Regional House of Representatives (DPRD). Her brother-in-law, Hendy Boedoro, and his former wife, Widya Kandi Susanti, previously served as Regents of Kendal.
Dyah Kartika Permanasari earned her Bachelor’s degree (S-1) from Sultan Agung Islamic University between 2002 and 2004, and a Diploma (D-3) from the YKPN Academy of Corporate Management, Yogyakarta from 1985 to 1989. She completed her Master’s degree (S-2) at Universitas Diponegoro during 2004–2007. She also worked at Yoshida Kogyo Kabushiki Kaisha Jakarta Finance from 1999 to 2000.
For the 2019–2024 term, she served as a Member of the Central Java Provincial House of Representatives (DPRD) and was re-elected in the 2024 Indonesian legislative election, securing 96,984 votes. She has also been actively involved in various organizations, including serving as Secretary of the Central Java Provincial Board of IWAPI (2005–2010), Head of Organizational Affairs at the Central Java Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) (2010–2015), Member of the Central Java Provincial PKK (2013–2023), Chairwoman of the Central Java Provincial Board of PDBI (2015–present), and Deputy Chairwoman of the Central Java Regional Board of PDI Perjuangan (2015–2024).
