He currently serves as Assistant Manager of Fuel Channel Administration for the Sumbagut region at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga. A Journey That Began at UNDIP
Adeka Sangtraga Hitapriya began his journey at UNDIP in 2007, choosing Industrial Engineering as his field of study. Over the next four years, he not only absorbed engineering theories but also built a strong foundation of character. One of his most memorable experiences during his university years was being entrusted as the class coordinator (Komting) for the 2007 cohort, a role that strengthened his leadership and sense of responsibility. In addition, his experience as an Ergonomics Laboratory assistant provided him with valuable hands-on learning.
Achieving Excellence at Pertamina Patra Niaga
Today, Adeka has found his stage at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, one of Indonesia’s leading energy companies. As Assistant Manager of Fuel Channel Administration Sumbagut, he plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth distribution of energy. However, this position is only the tip of the iceberg of his many accomplishments.
His achievements include:
- Successfully leading the LPG conversion program from kerosene in Southeast Sulawesi (2012–2013), a strategic project with significant impact on society.
- Being named Best National Sales Branch Manager in 2021.
- Receiving the Best Pertashop Sales Award in 2021.
- Gaining international recognition as Best Inventor at the Seoul International Invention Fair (SIIF) 2022.
- Receiving Special Awards from Saudi Arabia and Vietnam at SIIF 2022.

Equally important, he reminds them to “not forget to be happy and reward yourself.” Maintaining a balance between hard work and self-appreciation is key to sustaining motivation.
