Prof. Heru Susanto is an academic and full professor at Universitas Diponegoro (Undip), widely recognized for his contributions to engineering sciences and research development. Prof. Heru Susanto completed his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Diponegoro, in 1997. Previously, he held the position of Vice Rector II for Resources at Universitas Diponegoro from 2019 to 2024 and also served as Chairman of the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) at Universitas Diponegoro.
In 2025, Prof. Heru achieved a remarkable international distinction by being named one of eight Universitas Diponegoro scholars included in the list of the top 2% of scientists worldwide, compiled by Stanford University and Elsevier.
