Bellinda Putri Sabrina Birton (born 6 September 1999) is an Indonesian politician from the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI Perjuangan). She has served as Deputy Regent of Kudus since 20 February 2025, following her inauguration at the State Palace by Prabowo Subianto, President of the Republic of Indonesia.
Bellinda completed her primary education at SD 3 Demaan, continued to SMP Negeri 1 Kudus, and finished her secondary education at State Senior High School 1 Kudus. She later pursued higher education at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Diponegoro (Undip) from 2017 to 2020. Prior to assuming office as Vice Regent of Kudus, Bellinda was actively involved as a public relations staff member at the Kudus Regional Sports Committee (KONI Kudus).
At the time of her inauguration, Bellinda was considered exceptionally young, making her the youngest vice regent in Indonesia, at the age of 25 years, 4 months, and 14 days.
In addition to her political career, Bellinda is also a businesswoman with a focus on the transportation sector. One of her prominent business ventures is PO Berlian Jaya, a well-known transportation company operating along the Pantura (North Coast of Java) route.
Bellinda married in 2022 and is the mother of three children, two of whom are twins born during her candidacy for Vice Regent of Kudus.
Bellinda hopes that her current journey can serve as a source of motivation for young people across Indonesia. She aims to demonstrate that the younger generation can actively participate in government and contribute to policymaking that benefits society.
