Balqis Diab (born 22 July 1970) is an Indonesian politician from the Golkar Party who serves as Vice Mayor of Pekalongan for the 2025–2030 term. She assumed office on 20 February 2025 after being inaugurated by Prabowo Subianto at the State Palace in Jakarta. She is the wife of Muhammad Basyir Ahmad Syawie, the Mayor of Pekalongan.

Previously, Balqis served as Chairwoman of the Pekalongan City Regional House of Representatives (DPRD Kota Pekalongan).

Balqis earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitas Pekalongan (Unikal) in 1993, and later completed a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies at IAIN Walisongo Semarang, graduating in 1996. In 2009, she obtained a Master’s degree in Management from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Diponegoro.

Running alongside H. Achmad Afzan Arslan Djunaid, S.E., M.M., Balqis successfully won the 2024 regional election, securing their mandate as the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Pekalongan.
