Mohammad Saleh, S.T., M.En. is an Indonesian politician from the Golkar Party and a member of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Central Java Province for the 2019–2024 term. He was re-elected for the 2024–2029 term, representing Electoral District (Dapil) Central Java 13.

He currently serves as Chairman of DPD I Golkar Party of Central Java Province (2025–2030), Vice Chairman of DPRD Central Java Province, Chairman of the Diponegoro University Urban and Regional Planning Alumni Association, Chairman of KOSGORO 1957 Central Java, Chairman of PJSI (Indonesian Judo Association) Central Java

Mohammad Saleh was born in Sumenep Regency on September 6, 1976. He completed his primary education at **SDN Kalianget Timur XI** in 1988, then attended SMPN 1 Kalianget, graduating in 1991. He continued his studies at SMAN 1 Kalianget and graduated in 1994.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang, in 2001. He later completed his Master’s degree in Energy at the same university in 2021. He is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree at Sultan Agung Islamic University (UNISSULA), Semarang.
