Dr. M. Hasan Chabibie, S.T., M.Si is an Expert Staff in the Field of Strengthening the Higher Education, Science, and Technology Ecosystem of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemdiktisaintek) of the Republic of Indonesia who was recently inaugurated in 2025.
Dr. Muhammad Hasan Chabibie, S.T., M.Si. is an Indonesian bureaucrat. In 2005, he completed his undergraduate education in the Electrical Engineering Program at Diponegoro University (Undip). In 2012, he completed his Masters in the Postgraduate Program in Communication Management, University of Indonesia (UI). In 2021, he completed his Doctoral education in Educational Management at the State University of Jakarta.
From 2019 to 2020, he served as Head of the Multimedia and Web-Based Learning Technology Development Division, Pustekom, Kemendikbud. From 2020 to 2021, he served as the Coordinator of the Substance of Utilization of Learning Technology, Pusdatin, Kemendikbudristek. In 2020, he also served as the secretary of the Information and Communication Technology Committee of the Ministry of Education and Culture. In the same year, he became the head of the Implementation Team of the National Education Network Task Force of the Ministry of Education and Culture and the head of the Center for Network System Security Team of the Ministry of Education and Culture. On January 10, 2024, he was appointed as the acting (Pj.) Regent of Kudus.
