Astrid Widayani (born 9 November 1986) is an Indonesian academic, entrepreneur, and politician. She has served as the Deputy Mayor of Surakarta since 20 February 2025 for the 2025–2030 term. In addition, Astrid is currently the Rector of Surakarta University for the 2023–2027 period.

She completed her higher education and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Surakarta University in 2007. Two years later, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Literature from Diponegoro University. After completing her postgraduate studies at Gadjah Mada University, she was awarded a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Astrid also holds a Doctoral degree in Business Transformation, Sustainable Business, and Entrepreneurship from Business School Lausanne, Switzerland.

In the MSME sector, she is the Founder of Jawara UMKM, an initiative focused on the empowerment and development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the city of Surakarta. The program provides business incubation training and marketing assistance. Overall, Jawara UMKM aims to elevate MSMEs through comprehensive mentoring, not only in production processes but also in marketing, access to capital, and other related aspects.
