Sripeni Inten Cahyani is a senior professional in Indonesia’s energy sector with more than two decades of experience in the national electricity industry, particularly within State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and government institutions. Born in Pati, Central Java (7 October 1968), Sripeni earned her Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Diponegoro University in 1992. She later completed a Master’s degree in Financial Management at STM PPM Jakarta in 2001 and obtained a Doctorate in Economics (with a focus on Business Strategy) from Trisakti University in 2019.

Throughout her career, Sripeni has held various strategic positions in the electricity sector, including Director of Finance and Chief Financial Executive of PT Indonesia Power, President Director of PT Indonesia Power (2016–2019), Director of Strategic Procurement I at PT PLN (Persero), and President Commissioner of PT Pupuk Kujang.
