Joseph Stanislaus Harjanto Prabowo (more familiarly called Pak Har) (born March 17, 1964) is a Chancellor (2009 – 2023) and Lecturer at Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta. Pak Har was born as a son in the Piet Prabowo family as the 7th child of 10 siblings. Currently, Pak Har is also married to Prof. Dr. Maria Vincentia Dyah Budiastuti, M.M. and has 2 children, namely Arlandianto P and Febriandianto P. He was inaugurated as a professor at Binus University in 2009 and is the 2nd professor to be inaugurated at Bina Nusantara University.
Harjanto Prabowo obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Diponegoro University (1988), a Masters in Information Systems Management, Bina Nusantara University (1997), and a Doctorate in Business Management, Padjajaran University (2005).
As a leading academic who has served as the Rector of BINUS University from 2009 to 2023, he has helped develop innovative curricula and integrate technology into the teaching and learning process. He is also very active in developing the academic community and has made significant contributions in strengthening BINUS’s position as a leading higher education institution in Indonesia.
