Tirta Segara, SE., MBA, a Commissioner at the Financial Services Authority (OJK), is is the alumni of the Accounting Department, Faculty of Economics, class of 1987, Diponegoro University (UNDIP). He worked at Bank Indonesia (BI) for nearly three decades, where he held various roles, including strategic leadership positions.

Appointed as a Commissioner of OJK specializing in Education and Consumer Protection, Tirta previously served as the Executive Director of the Communications Department and Spokesperson at Bank Indonesia. Born in Semarang, in 1963, Tirta completed his undergraduate studies at UNDIP and pursued his Master of Business Administration in Finance and Investment at The George Washington University, graduating in 1994 under a scholarship from Bank Indonesia.

Tirta began his career at Indofood Group before joining Bank Indonesia through the PCPM program in 1998.
